My passion for photography, and for my country, lead me to Landscape photography. Since visiting Rannoch Moor and Glencoe with some photographer friends, I have been hooked and I now see the world in a different way from before.

I love standing in the quiet stillness of the morning and watching as darkness fades and the first rays of light appear in the sky. To see the sun creep over the horizon and then watch as its light touches the land or sea at the start of a new day promoting thoughts of expectation, promise and hope. To be wowed and stand in awe as the pale shades of yellows, oranges, pinks and reds grow more intense until vibrant and spectacular colours fill the sky, only to find that despite having lasted only a few minutes, the colours fade as quickly as they appeared, and suddenly its daylight... magical!
